The Circle Medical Experience: A Commitment to Quality

We build a relationship with all of our patient established on trust. Our patients trust us to provide them the best dialysis care for their unique needs. They trust us to provide that care as safely as possible and with professionalism, respect and compassion. We trust our patients to communicate honestly with us so we can serve them better.

In the most recent patient satisfaction survey 94% of our patients rates their dialysis care at Circle as good or excellent. We believe the positive patient experiences are due to several factors: quality care, the experience and stability of our staff, the intense hands-on involvement of our doctors and our team approach.

What Patients Can Expect

Our patient care experience begins with our educational program, Kidney University. Patients are introduced to our team approach, and provided with lots of useful information about treatment options and a strong support system as they make the transition to dialysis.

As part of our new patient orientation we connect our new patients with a current patient so they have someone to talk to that can provide real insights about life on dialysis. Patients will also meet and be counseled by our nurses, dietitians and social workers.

Patient support from the care team continues throughout your time with us. Patients frequently meet with members of our care team to continuously assure that all needs are being met. Your care team members are also there for your family members as well to help address their questions and concerns.
