Inpatient Services

Circle Medical Management has been providing inpatient dialysis services to Rush University Medical Center (RUMC) since 1988. We provide inpatient hemodialysis, hemofiltration, continuous renal replacement therapy and therapeutic apheresis.

Our highly experienced and educated staff of certified dialysis technicians provide all treatments at the patient's bedside, from a general medical floor to the intensive care units. We have staff onsite 24 hours a day, seven days a week so we can respond to all emergent situations.

We utilize NxStage technology for apheresis and continuous renal replacement therapies. For traditional hemodialysis, we use Fresenius T equipment with portable reverse osmosis water treatment systems. We participate in several quality committees and work to assure the patients at Rush receive top quality care and the most advanced and effective renal replacement therapies.

We have extensive experience in providing renal replacement care to the sickest patients, and do so with compassion and professionalism. We are proud to be a trusted partner of one of Chicago's leading medical centers.

An added benefit for our outpatient dialysis patients is that we can follow many from outpatient to inpatient at RUMC, enhancing the continuity and coordination of their dialysis care. We also work with discharge planning to ensure efficiency in the process.
